Makeup Policy
Makeups are able to be used for up to 4 months after the date of the original absence.
Makeup classes are only available in the same level class as the absence.
Refund Policy
Classes:
No refunds will be given for classes for any reason, medical, scheduling, or otherwise.
A credit may be given when applicable. Requests must be submitted via email to reception.
Annual membership fees are non-refundable.
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your camp, we keep a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your child's spot
No Refunds will be given if you cancel within 1 week of camp (unless we are able to fill the spot).
Birthday Party Refund Policy:
Birthday party deposits are nonrefundable.
Birthday party dates may be switched based on availability.
A credit may be given when applicable. Requests must be submitted via email to reception.
