Parent/Tot Open Play

Available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

10:00am - 12:00pm

Please join us for a toddler friendly open play, where children from crawling/walking through kindergarten get to explore at their own pace with guardian involvement. We’ll provide children with fun, safe, and preschool friendly activities and exercises to allow them to make gains in areas of strength and social interactions. This is the perfect way to try out the gym in a less structured setting or just to get some energy out of your little ones.

  • A great opportunity for your child to explore

  • All children must be supervised by an adult

    Cost: $10 per child

    Details: 2 hours (come and go as you please during time slot)

Tiny Tots- This 45 minute class is perfect for our youngest gymnasts age 2.5 - 3. Throughout the session the kids learn basic fundamentals of movement on floor, vault, beam, bars, and trampoline. 


Floor-forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels (hopping feet from one side to other), table/bridge, headstands and handstands

Beam- forward, side, backward walks. Kicks, leaps, balancing on one foot.

Bars - pullovers, forward roll off, climb on low bar to get to high bar, glide swings, holds (tuck, pike, straddle)

Tramp - Jumps, seat drops, back flips



Super Tots- This one hour class is made for ages 4-6. Throughout the session the kids learn floor, beam, bars, vault, and trampoline.  Our focus is basics and floor skills, which transfer into each event in gymnastics.  Our focus is balance and coordination, gross motor movements, and having fun while learning gymnastics skills.
